Leadership Principles

A series of icons and posters highlighting the guiding principles at Bellhop.

Towards the end of 2019, Bellhop underwent a rebrand, which included new colors, a new logo, and adjusted messaging.

I was tasked with redesigning a set of icons representing each of the five main leadership principle categories that guide everyone working for Bellhop. These principles are Owner’s Grit, Playful Spirit, Servant’s Heart, Innovator’s Mind, and Winning Drive. These icons were ultimately used on a series of large format posters I designed and were hung throughout the Bellhop offices. Later, they were used as the foundation for current icons on the Bellhop website.
