Bellhops Moving Kit

A moving kit to prep customers before their long-distance move.

The Bellhops Long-Distance Moves team came to me with a problem: they needed to get truck seals — a security measure against theft on long-distance moves — into customer’s hands in a way that was reassuring and friendly.

My solution was to create a Moving Kit that fulfilled multiple needs, not just the delivery of the truck seals. My goal was to add more delight and ease to the move day experience, which can be stressful and hectic for customers. I designed a full Moving Guide booklet with information about packing, prepping for move day, and a fun word search puzzle. I also designed packing material, swag, and packaging to hold the truck seals and plastic bags to hold hardware from disassembled furniture. Each included item was chosen and designed to add joy or address a specific customer service need.
